Scope

We welcome submissions aligned with the ACRI 2027 scientific theme "Redefining Reproductive Immune Networks," advancing our understanding of reproductive immunology from molecular mechanisms to clinical applications. Topics include but are not limited to:

  1. Maternal-fetal immune communication and placental immunology
  2. Immune dysregulation in recurrent pregnancy loss and implantation failure
  3. Immunological aspects of ART and embryo-endometrial interactions
  4. Immunometabolism and intercellular interactions in reproductive tissues
  5. Microbiota-host interactions and neuroendocrine regulation in reproductive immunity
  6. Genetic, epigenetic, and microchimeric influences on reproductive immunology
  7. Single-cell, spatial, and multi-omics technologies in reproductive immunology
  8. Translational biomarker discovery and novel therapeutic strategies
  9. Immune aging, reproductive senescence, and longevity-related immune changes
  10. Advanced research models: organoids, animal models, and in silico simulations

Submissions outside the scope of reproductive immunology or lacking scientific rigor may not be reviewed. Basic and clinical research demonstrating mechanistic insights, clinical value, or innovative methodology is especially encouraged.
